Ok, let's think about this. Freakster, your friend is a rich Taiwanese kid who has never been to America and doesn't know much/anything about cars.
His dad is filthy rich and spoils him.
He comes over to America, without knowing much/anything about American driving regulations and laws, and wants an STi/EVO only because his overexcited car friends like you tell him they're cool.
He wants to "rice" it out, like he sees on 2Fast2Furious, which is probably the only bit of car knowledge he knows.
He wants to buy a flashy 300bhp rally-inspired sports sedan, without any knowledge of why they're great, and wants to emulate his Need for Speed Underground heroes, apparently.
He's got the money to do so, and doesn't have to worry about the consequences because his father's got the cash.
Oh, and to top things off, he's 17/18. Naturally.

hahaha.... i didnt tell him on wat to get....he told me his friends at college were driving these cars...i said they were good...i doubt he will do any ricing to the car...
