New Guy: Have a Question Regarding Internet TV

Hello, I'm new here and I wanted to ask a question...

Let's say there is an independent Internet TV show. High quality show that you find entertaining. Which of the above options would you most like for the show to make revenue?

Voted option 1 - but the content would have to be in high-quality downloadable avi format (like Vuk's work) so I can watch the shows when I wish - none of this streaming crap.

I agree, I can handle ad content, as long as it's high enough quality for me to watch on my projector without noticeable artifacts. I'm not asking for HD, but i'm asking for at least standard downloaded television video quality.

The iPod video model only would work for me if the quality were better, say actual HD.

Also 16:9 would be a plus, since I like watching things on my projector / monitors that are in proper aspect ratios

Meant to vote option 1.

Option s 2&3 mean less beer tokens for me and copying problems for the "broadcaster"

Option 1 means I get to keep my beer tokens but spend a bit of time watching ads. Revenue stream for "broadcaster" is also more reliable (I think)

Advertising on internet TV is going to be difficult.
On an international level, there are very few advertisers who'd jump in on big dollar deals without knowing the precise demographic.

I wish they had Tivo International where you can record any show in the world.
Why do we have so many boundaries when it comes to television?
