We all know BMWs are more fun when they are going sideways!

I'm glad he done it. Those two idiots in the 550 claimed they set it not long ago with absolutely no proof. Alex called their bullshit. And now he's beat it, with proof.

what is the distance between LA and NY?

Yeah... well I'm friends with Alex Roy on facebook. So who wants to touch me!?

/I said WHO WANTS TO TOUCH ME!

well lets see Google Maps says it is 2791 miles

and he did the run in 31 hours and 4 mins

lets gets a single incrament of time so first

convert 30h1m into mins (31*60)+4 = 1864m

devide our distance traveled by total time in min

2791/1864 = 1.4973176 miles per min

multiply miles per min by 60 to get mph

1.4973176 * 60 = 89.839056

so basically he did an avg of 89.84MPH which doesn't sound all the impressive until you factor in time for refueling traffic out of manhattan and into santa monica

also i am totally gonna buy that book

It was done in an M5, not a 5-series diesel.
