Just found this great site.

Like to say hello to everyone!!!

I drive a 98' BMW E36 M3 EVO SMG, which I have owned for the past 2 months. I love it already...

WElcome.... E36 with a SMG gearbox?... did you plant that in?

Totally stock.

But the best thing about it, is that it has extended BMW warranty, renewable every year. Previous owner had the VANOS replaced which would of cost near ?2k.

I've taken it to Dick Lovetts to have some minor fixes, 3 times so far, all under warranty, and they collect and deliver the car as well! The oil service was under ?200. All this in my previous 1991 Lotus Elan Turbo SE, would of amounted to over ?1,500.

Ah, the beauty of peace of mind motoring, can't wait until I blow the engine up, my right foot is quite heavy...

The worst thing is insurance, over ?1,100, and fuel comsumption. At an average of 24.3 mpg, with enthusiastic driving. I've spent almost ?600 on super-unleaded already, ouch!!!

Hopefully, as the novelty wears off, I might be able to save on fuel, then again, maybe not...

You want my Cavalier?? It gets average 20 mpg on the god damn 4 banger .

Enjoy your car and don't worry about fuel :).

I won't be racing your R32, well, not until I get my Carrera 4S next year. Then I can return :tease: back to you, from the rear screen.

And, next time I'm in Hong Kong, I'll lap you at go-karting in Tai Kak, maybe 11 or 12 times... :p

they seem to be coming and coming, must be those new rules of hokie's

I don't know why, but I agree with you... It's getting kinda difficult to keep up with all the new posts and nicks. I guess I'll have to check out those RSS feeds...

BTW, :welcome:
