Looks pretty cool.

"Originally developed for the military, NIGHTDRIVER technology measures heat signatures and creates an electronic image of everything in view. The system converts these temperature differences into an electronic signal, which it displays like a black-and-white TV image. This image is projected onto the windshield just below your line of sight. The image is available at a glance and won?t interfere with regular driving practices. In fact, after a short time, you?ll begin using it naturally just like your rearview mirror."

Check out more details and a demo video (rm) @ http://www.nightdriver.com/

35 bucks? i wish

That reminds me of a story, which i will tell.

Somewhere in the Southeast (i think) the police were gettinc complains of a loud noice at the middle of the night. Thus, the police set up a little watch, and at late hours of the night, they hear a LOUD scrreching noise fly by, but they see nothing. They were able to clock something go by going 180+ This happens for a couple of days. They evetually set up a road block (nothing big), and a car flys by them, but the cops could litterally see nothing, but they could hear it. Couple miles down they found a asain guy sitting outside this LAmbo Diablo with a little night vision goggle. He painted the car totaly black with black rims and no head lights. It seems the guy was a drug runner and at night he would drive from like Fla to Tenn at night carrying drugs (not sure what states but it was damn far apart), but they caught him going to the drug place so he had no drugs on him.

^ that's like in the original cannonball run movie, dont remember which part though. it was jackie and another guy in a hyper modern mitsubishi hatch, and they also were doing a gazillion miles/h during the night with similar technique :D
