It's the one with the Nissan GTR, but as we said before, there are 2 soundtracks. The original BBC one and the iTunes/Dave/etc... ones. Maybe you can now find a youtube clip that you know which episode it is from.

No. The race across Japan is 11x04. The car review was the Alfa Romeo 8C. In the race itself, Jeremy drove a Nissan GT-R.
