Ownership Verified: NooDle’s EV take 2 : The Mullet (Kia EV6)

With Kia that’s still a thing. Every 30k kms or 2 years they want to ‘service’ your car. As I do over 40k per year it’s not even a full year.

Dunno what that entails though, checking the transmission fluid? Filling up the wiper fluid?
 
Minor thing that bugs me : the passenger door strip thingy is losing paint on one side. Apparently a know thing on EV6es.

So I did the whole ‘bring the car in, we’ll check. Confirm it’s covered under warranty (it is), order part, install’

But! After taking the new strip out of the box apparently it doesn’t sit flush…. Because someone had obviously bent it and cracked it a little during transport. Just one of those things that’s annoying but I can’t really blame anyone…

Sooooo… back to the dealer next week again I suppose
