I?d like to know when the hell he did this... I mean it?s definitely not a public day because D?ttinger H?he is open, but there is noone but him and the sl on the track!

The fastest official laptime ever of the Nordschleife is 6:11,13 with an average speed of above 200 km/h By Stefan Bellof. There is a video to prove it here...
