old TG what's that song 1993 ep 2

yeah, no thread on old top gear... hard to find it though so I understand.

But was just watching 1993 ep 2, great early JC episode, with Aston Vantage to Pink Floyd Welcome to the Machine, and then Jag V12 to a song which sounds like something Vangelis off the Blade Runner soundtrack... was curious if anybody here knew, but no forums on old TG, so...

You know, If you have a smartphone (iPhone, Newer Androids) you can buy an app called Shazam for like a dollar which will let you find out what any song is. Just play/listen to the song, or the bit in the episode while its running and it will tell you what it is straight away.

That way you won't have to rely on other people to find out what certain songs are.

If you mean the part where he mentions that the old XJ 12 had a completely inaudible engine, then thats Riders on the Storm by The Doors.
