Incase you haven't noticed. Heinz Wolff is one of the participants of the Burnout episode [ 2003.12.14 ] He's the very very nerdy guy who failed the burnout. Richard said after the segment "Doctor Heinz Wolff was so very guttered he had to go home and invent something to console himself"

I could see them using this during their news segment just to make fun of Clarkson a bit. I'm still really hoping that Hammond Heavon gets mentioned too. :p
 
well... in the burnout episode they did say something about clarkson getting a doctor degree but i dunno bout the pic.. they probably messed up somehow
