One of the best Flash animations i've ever seen...

Didn't strike me as amazing but the sound sucks..

it's boring as hell and i HATE when guitars make that squeek noise, god it's aweful.

I stopped it after the 2nd squeek

'Creep' is a musical masterpiece, even the live acoustic version used in this flash animation!

Hahaha, ya. After watching the flash animation, and thinking about how much of a musical heathen you are ( :p ) I just had to pull out my guitar and play along with it so I could recreate some of the "squeek noises". :p :D
 
radiohead is great. but i do think he has better songs than creep. my favorites are 'sail to the moon' on the album 'hail to the thief' and 'idioteque' from 'kid A'. does anyone know if they made an accoustic cd?

There are numerous bootleg albums and EPs that have acoustic tracks on them. There have been a lot of acoustic bootlegs of radio station performances as well - if you search for Radiohead in your favourite file sharing program you'll probably pull up quite a few. :)

but WHY do they make these noises? it's aweful! the song might be freat without them... and the worse thing is that they do it on purpose! :?
 
not realy a fan of having lots of radio-tracks etc in my mp3-list. i prefer full-cds. i'm looking for sth like unplugged in NY by nirvana. but then by radiohead :p

anyone seen them perform? i saw them last year at rock werchter, and they rocked!

The radio-station recordings aren't exactly individual radio tracks. They are recordings of live acoustic performances that Radiohead have done in radio station studios. They are usually not as high quality as something like Nirvana's Unplugged, but they are full live albums.

The fret noise is usually a result of improperelly miking acoustic guitars, but a lot of the time musicians will intentially leave fret noise in. In some folk music there is more fret noise than actual chord playing. :D

I actually don't mind the noise at all, but I'm a guitar player so I'm used to making the sound myself. :)
 
That drum one is cooler than it looks if you know how Flash works I'm told. I'm told that that one was pretty hard to make as it's difficult to syncronize the audio and video.

Anyway, it's an art form/hooby, so I don't see it being a waste of time. Was the Mona Lisa a waste of time?
