Ugh, I do consider myself somewhat of a 911 expert, yet I really can’t tell the 1974-1989 Carerras apart.

I’d say it’s from the 80s as well because the lack of chrome bits, but that doesn’t have to mean anything. It takes some real expertise to tell these model years apart.

Half a block after the 2CV spotting I was passed by this British concoction of exhaust flatulence and transmission whine. Someone was out enjoying one of the last dry days left before the salt season.

Not an expert at all, but I just looked this up: the OH plate was used in 1987/88.
