spyder, looks good but is a waste of money

And needs the boomerang rear lights that the Americans got rid of because their focus groups didn't like it :grr:

The latter. All Spyders after a certain date were produced sans boomerang lights and with the ones you see above. A model update, if you will.

I'm not sure whether the original was US-bound or not, but I do know it was that US focus groups that forced the change as they didn't like the boomerangs [shame, as they were beautiful].

In Canada they've always had those square horrid lights...

Yeah, you're right. I did a bit of digging, and it turns out that the original boomerang tail-lights had to be replaced because they didn't fulfill the US requirements for better visibility of the car's rear end during the driving at night.

Look what you're missing out on though!

I'm not too shook up about it... don't like that car at all.

And on that note, the DB9 is more attractive than the V8 Vantage, the proportions just work better. Get over it.
V8 Vantage looks better, in my opinion.
Yep and especially in black or dark blue. I especially like the fact that it is nice n' small :)

I LOVED it, esp that color. And BTW, there was NO AMG badge.

So, I wouldn't call that a "Poser". 5 spoke AMG rims look great on every Mercedes model. :D

I love the CLS... the only current Mercedes design that I do like. The rest look like crap in my opinion... the CL is still nice, but that's due to change... oh, and the SLK is great. The G-Wagen too... but the rest are either crap or average at best...

This on the other hand... totally sexy:

There's a lot of them around, but this one was especially clean and nice.

It was on Cornwall...

It's pretty long... when you get off the Burrard Bridge by the Molson brewery, just go straight instead of turning up unto Burrard... that's Cornwall, lots of nice houses which means good cars. There's always a silver Gallardo parked outside one of them.
