Yea, I couldn't belive how many I saw in california. As rare (or rarer) as ferraris in the uk at least.

well... they're rare in one sense but not really in my opinion. i've seen a lot of vettes here in brussels (that's in belgium by the way hehe :p). anyways... i've seen things like the stingray, the c6, the z06, and even that anniversary edition of the pace car for indy or nascar or something (funny thing though, that was owned by a friend of mine, who also has an old cadillac sts).

oh... i also go to college next to a vette service place, that might also be why i've seen these things.

but you know what, it's always cool to see an american supercar running around europe, too many small "euro-boxes" (as clarkson says) everyday, it's nice to see a BIG american v8 with lots and lots of litres haha ;)

Great pics Ted, this is the best meet I've seen pictures of. The SL (unlike the RSX, for example) doesn't look good at all in red... that's terrible, I bet those lovely 65 rims looked so bad with the red. I love the DeTomaso but does the silver Gallardo have blacked out rear lights? If it does it's horrible.

I heard an SLR was seen in Iran... obviously extremely rare.

Anymore pictures of the SL65? Just curious how ugly the rest of it is.
