2002 Porsche 911 GT2!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at a local dealer today and saw this '02 Porsche GT2. It was so freakin nice. The dealer didn't let me test drive it, but he turned the engine on and revved a bit. That flat 6 sounded like a v12.

It's simply amazing how Porsche was able to extract 460 hp from a 3.6l I6.

Seeing this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience (for me at least).

Couldn't talk him into a trade for your Voyager :D? To see one of those on a regular used-car lot in the western hemisphere is definitely a once in a lifetime experience.

Nope, it isn't, sorry. There are WAY better sightings around these forums and they're all in this thread too. ;)

If anything, I'd make a new section for "I saw" so that each sighting could have it's own thread which actually isn't a bad idea... hmm
 
If I can put in my two cents, I like it the way it is now. Most of the sightings aren't that great and we use our mobile phones so having a thread for a single blurry picture seems somewhat useless.

Heh, there's 1 or 2 8 series around town here. I see them from time to time at the local grocery store. Pretty good lookin' car. :cool:
 
my friend's dad has a pretty rare (less than 2,000 made for north america) black e24 m6 with very low miles. i think the only thing he's done to it is limo tint the windows. i'll take a photo of it the next time i'm at his house.
