Other Random Car Sightings [Photo Required]

For 2 years now. It was introduced at the same time as sedan or a couple months later.

From what I can find online, the 2010 is the first model year of the Sportback.

Once again a day with quite a few sightings here...

At first a Mustang convertible

Then a Chrysler New Yorker (very uncommon here)

30 seconds after that a BMW E28

And a Lancia Delta Integrale Evo as it seems

Then a car which could belong in carbage: a Peugeot 205 convertible with a "GTI"-radiator grill

The second New Yorker I saw I think in my whole life, but at the same day as the first

On my way home a Dodge RAM truck

...and a Citroen CX

License plate is the same, so same car isn't it?

Whoops, I was so excited I didn't bother to look at the license plate...

Yes, it is indeed the same car - first time I saw it was in the morning on the way to a customer, second time right in front of my company, he drove away as I went home, too.

Well, the car is 5.60m (18'4") long and 1.58m (5'2") high, but the perspective makes it look bigger compared to the man in the foreground since his right foot stands well below the line between the two axes.

Random American metal.

My new cameraphone

My new cameraphone

I upgraded my five year-old cellphone to a Blackberry about a month ago. I stopped carrying around my old digital camera in favour of the camera on the phone. See if you can determine when I figured out that I should take the little protective clear plastic strip from off the lens... :idiot:

Here are a couple of one of my all-time favourites. When I win my millions I'm picking up one of these:

Today: a stretchlimo

The new Opel Meriva which will go into production around June (the red square on the passenger door is the logo of a sibling of the german paper "Auto Bild", I suppose polish or czech)

And an old VW Beetle with small back window, so it has to be built between 1953 (where the "pretzelwindow" has been replaced by a slightly bigger one without the bar in the middle) and 1957 (where that window has been replaced by an even bigger one) and a Mercedes-Benz W111 Cabriolet which is in restoration process

[edit]
Something more: a Volvo Amazon, a Mercedes G-class, a Mercedes R107 and a Mercedes W113 at a dealership

OMG

Fiesta sedan!! Had Michigan plates, was coming over the bridge from New Jersey into Philadelphia but was getting on I-95 North. Could have been getting on the PA Turnpike to head west back to Michigan. Who knows. It was exciting to see though.

Very true, but, this is the first time ever I have seen a Fiesta in the United States. Seeing a car for the first time is extremely exciting, no matter how lame said car may be.

I donno about that... I don't really remember how I felt the first time I saw a Prius, but i'm sure it wasn't excited :p

also... three SLR's on one page  not bad....

/me exits, with daydreams filled with SLR's for the rest of the day...
