oh, i see...

i don't think we have that over here, we only have O-plates, and they are given to cars older than 25 years
and once it's on O-plates, MOT only checks the brakes and lights, that's about it, for the rest you're free to do what you want...
(but can't use it as a daily driver anymore, you must have another car or bike as primary)
