Are Weismann's affordable now? I'm talking like 20-15,000.

Jeremey Clarkson, fuck you! It seemed like that car would be obtainable by normal people. :(

A hand-built, expensively engineered, modernized Jaguar XK150 Fixed Head Coupe or Drop Head Coupe made in Germany powered by modified M3 or M5 powertrains was never going to be cheap, especially not one made at these low volumes. Clarkson isn't at fault here; Wiesmanns were expensive before Clarkson ever showed one on TG.

Technically great, great nephew. The Cortina evolved, was replaced by the Sierra and subsequently the Mondeo. The Focus is descended from the Escort which in turn replaced the Anglia.

I had no idea the car existed until I saw it on TG. I had no idea they were hand built and just assumed they were in the 50-60,000 range when new and got cheap now that they're getting old.

They will never become cheap, especially with the company gone bust rarity will only get worse and no 'Cayman' coming either.

they should make a light-weight plexi-bodied variant, and start a one make racing series!

Spec Weismann? Sounds expensive.

Saw a MAN truck today. Looked to be one of those huge offroader RVs. Not something you see everyday. Or ever.

Some potato photos.
