great spots! :D

i spotted a mcmerc SLR wednesday...no pic though, and i heard more than i saw in the darkness on the autobahn. we were just entering an off ramp when i noticed a well known V12 rumble from behind that quickly came closer. i just turned my head and saw those characteristic rear lights whizz past...

Aren't you from the Frankfurt area as well?

If so, that was very probably the one I saw and showed earlier on!
could be...i don't even recall what colour it was though, went by pretty quick and i only had time for a short glance... :)

i saw it on the bundesstra?e between frankfurt h?chst and k?nigstein (where else should it be headed? :D ) where did you spot it?

Though I don't like aftermarket rims, I like the ones on that 911.
Those are not aftermarket, just black painted stock rims.
BTW, did you notice the CL65? ;)
Yeah I did and I adore the power it puts out but why put that engine in a car thats chassis can't really support it. Also, its got the oldest interior in the MBZ range along with the SL.
Can't wait til the new CL

But it's a great GT and has some kickass power and acceleration in straight lines. Nobody cares really much about track since it's got luxury and comfort and it weights 2000 Kgs.

Great finds yet again. You have a nice job just walking around gettin pics for us :p

LOL. My work is mostly in parking lot, taking karts and put them in racks. But I bitch in that lot very much. :D And I took pics while I am working, not even in my breaks.

Actually, that's a no parking space; the Corvette is risking to be towed away, but it rarely happens in real life though :D
He actually meant the other one in far behind, the one with blue color and a wheelchair sign.

But that one which C6 is parked is a Loading parking, that means you could park your car for no more than 5 minutes. Owner was a Mid 50's guy picking up his wife.

Earlier on the A66 coming from Wiesbaden - that definitely was it, then! (Though it had a Frankfurt number plate!)

Have you Frankfurt guys seen the Ford GT yet? It's on display in the first floor of an office building in Sachsenhausen, can look up the address if you're interested!

And I've once seen a silver SLR in Neu Anspach im Taunus, no pic, sorry!

The only pic I have is a Porsche 993 Turbo (or was it 4s) in Frankfurt

Interesting...did you notice, that this is a 996 with a 997 front-end?

i notice it now...these porsches...all look the same to me.

HOLY SHIT is that a Lupo?! those rims on the 911 look amazing.

^Hope you are joking. Those are THE stereotype German rims. Lots of old Golfs driving around with something simular (not so wide ofcourse) here in DK. In DK they are called "tysker f?lge" = German rims.
And why not have the normal stock rims on the M5, looks so much better.

Uhm, winter tires? ;)

^ winter tires fit on the stock wheels, I think I read that somewhere. maybe he felt it'll damage the wheels.. anyways the black alfa beside it is hot too :)

Hmmm M5 with M6 rims...looks weird, just keep it the way it is IMO.

Nice finds!

i was joking about the lupo of course, but i was serious about the 911. here you dont see very many well placed aftermarket wheels. everyone goes for spinners and 20+ inches.
