Other Random Car Sightings [Photo Required]

Wow, great pictures. Those Alfa's are so common over there, but so sexy to us in the colonies...Salar, where do you work, BTW?

EDIT: Nevermind, just saw page 123. I drove that GT-R a month ago when it was for sale! Insane-o ride...also drove a GTS-T with a RB25 swap done by FEAST in Japan with over 400bhp, full cage, NISMO kit and lots of other goodies...

Must be nice working there, at least you get to go outside; I work at the Starbucks on West 10th near UBC and MAN....you should see the cars that park outside my store; there was an F430 yesterday, a Hartge Z4, two new M5's, a Gallardo (owned by some chick at my school) and tons of others - and I never get the chance to to outside to drool over them. I've taken some pics with my cameraphone, I'll try to upload them.

Here's the last Skyline I tried:

The first pimped 300C I've seen:

I had a ton of other nice cars on my phone, like a GT3RS, Continental GT, SLR, a yellow Enzo, tons of Lambo's, but I cleared them off to make room a while ago,

I think i just had the spot of the century. I followed a Rolls Royce Phantom from the city almost all the way home. Couldn't get a photo 'cos i was drivin :(

and i have never seen a viper IRL and nobody at my school arrives in a gallardo. :D

:woot: At SLK55! CL65 is a big waste of money :p

...and I forgot there was even such thing as an 8-Series. I guess we can expect BMW to probly re-release it sometimes in the future like they did with the 6'er. It'll have to be quite big to be bigger than the 6-Series (assuming it will be).

Young buck ;).

The 8-series was a 2-door sportscar basically with a V12 engine. Expensive and full of problems.

There ya go:

they had a V12 engine? didn't know that

so why were they gonna give the M8 a V8? (which never happened and the engine ended up in the McLaren F1)

m philosophy probably. m engines are usually of a smaller but higher revving nature than their counterparts. a v8 is lighter than a v12 and can easily put out the same power.

More awesome spottings...I love that E30 touring! I go to UBC....there's a lot of rich kids here; I've seen a chick in a silver Gallardo and an asian kid in a yellow one - the parking garages are filled with SL55's, CLS55's, new CLK's, M3's, and more 911's than Frankfurt! I even saw a DB9 a month ago...

Oh hey, if you want to get some awesome pics of exotics, go down to Weissach on 2nd near Granville Island, as well as MCL a street above; there were 3 new M5's outside last time I cruised by.

The garage (or parking lot) you're talking about is the UBC Rose Garden?

I'm pretty sure there wasen't made a "M6" of the old 6-series (E24). Instead the sportiest version was called the M635 CSi which is what i think you have prictures of. The M635 CSi just have a normal ///M badge on the back, so my guess is the owner has added the 6 himself. In essence it is a M6 but i think it's still lame to alter the badge.

The M635CSi was renamed the M6 when it was imported to North America, with altered badge and everything.

By the way, MC12 is gone. Owner lives in Beverly hills and Ferrari of Vancouver just stored the car for about 1 month. It's probably the 6th or 7th MC12 in North America.

Yep, that's the one!
Great pics, Salar! Looks like you had the weather on your side; last time I tried to take some good pictures there, it was pissing rain.
