What is the drum beat song right after he said the word "drive" that song continues as the drag race finishes and CLarkson saying stuff about Audi's awd handling is sublime

I watched an empisode on UKTV people yesterday or something and there was this song that i used to have and ive been wanting to get it for ages.

Its right at the beginning when James drives the maserati quattroporte. I think its right at the beginning of the test but im not sure.

I belive the artist is "Aphex twin".

Ive got the episode and it lists all the songs. I have no idea when he drove the Flying spur so im gonna have to download them all till i get it. If any1 knows... :bangin:

S04E10 (1 august 2004, ) when you look up that dat on the whats that song forum.
you'll find that the song you are searching is succesfully identified as
"The Strokes - Reptilia"
 
Just thought i'd add to this thread.

Some people will notice that the BBC Prime versions of Top Gear have replaced music tracks. I've noticed that most of the tracks that are replaced are replaced with Library Music from the same library. I have that library and if you would like a particular track, give us a clip and i'll see if i can find it. :)

Hehe. "yumbi yumma yo" = Ready steady go
First time i heard it was in Collateral with Tom Cruise were he kills the asian dude in the club. Found the soundtrack and got it from there. cool song.
Maybe you got the Japanese association from there.
Edit: After listening to your mp3 thing again it is actually some kind of asian version. Strange :huh:

ok i searched and couldn't find...it's July 20, of 2003 and when Jezza is driving the range rover and it starts about 45:06 or so...thanks.
