Before the snow becomes annoying to me, I went out to make some pictures. First ones were taken on a foggy day last week through the window of my apartment:

Monday morning 6 a.m., you look outside and suddenly you feel no motivation at all to go to work... At least the neighbor's Christmas lights in the windows spread a little warmth to the heart...

Last Saturday I took a drive down to the harbor at about 9 a.m. and captured this sunrise over the Jade Bay:

And today we had a very clear and sunny day, so I went out with the camera at sunset and took these pics around my neighborhood:

I hope you like :)

It's much better than slush and sweating because it's too warm for your winter coat. :canadian:

These look fantastic. Makes me extremely jealous too considering flurries are a big thing here.

A few shots from me. Unfortunately I wasn't around when we had nearly 2ft of snow last week :p

^Thats the house owned by the owner of EMI. When he's not at his 'official' (read: tax dodging) residence in Guernsey. :p
I also did one of these - can't remember who did a similar one before - came out quite well I think (considering handheld etc).

Had a little walk around. Camera batteries don't like cold, both of them ran out. Maybe I should have charged them before
Here's a few random shots that I resized a bit wrong so they came out rather small. Will charge the batteries and try to get better shots when the light returns tomorrow.

I'll stop polluting the other thread now :D First, a set of the older pictures - mostly of my front lawn. Couldn't be bothered to go out.

November 24th, the first light dusting of snow. As early as anyone I could as can remember.

November 28th, the first real snow.

December 2nd, .

December 3rd, the aftermath of December 2nd.

December 4th, some sun came out.

December 13th, a heat wave has struck...

...not.

December 16th, more snow and a hefty helping of wind.

December 23rd, just after midnight. Preparing the world for Santa's sleigh.

Later that day, even more snow.

With those old photos out of the way, time for new ones  First of all the obligatory update on the state of my street, taken half an hour ago.

Down by the sea side today, lovely sun and funky icicles.

I give you, the frozen desert of Canada:

-15C and lots of wind, making it effectively -30C.
