In my experience, the A4 (and S4) handle a lot better with summer tires and without any of the adjustable drive stuff.
I think you are confusing handling with cornering both A4 and S4 can corner very well thanks to the AWD system but A4 for one has a very soft suspension so it tends to roll quite a bit in the corners. S4 is pretty good especially the newer models since the engine is further back.

It really depends on what you consider acceptable body roll. To me 350z is the golden standard for stock body roll vs comfort. It's pretty smooth over bumps but it's quite flat even going at good clip.Maybe your generation of A4, but the current A4's suspension is pretty firm. A lot less body roll than the B5 and B6. And believe me, I've thrashed the B8 a good amount.

What a stupid thing to do. I think it's a pretty stupid thing to do anyway, even without whacking it over a disabled park. It's a car park, not a botanical gardens. If you're going to add greenery, plan it while you're building the thing so you don't remove or limit existing parking spaces. Don't just retrofit a few trees around the place later.
