Play DivX on PS2

You probably need to burn the DivX file into a DVD-video format, and then use GameShark's DVD player to play it.

I found some German sites that do PS2 conversions... A modchip + a HDD and then you gotta run Linux on it, or find a special dash for it...

Will cost you 200 Euros, maybe 100 if you do it yourself...

A DivxDVD Player will the better (especially easyness and quality wise...) choice...

I dont do this for myself. I got some films and he's got a normal PS2, so, what do I need to do with my films?

Can you burn them onto a DVD-R with Nero as a DVD movie disc, or does the PS2 not play home-made discs?

Well only one way to find out. I told you how to get the divX files on a DVD (Nero), now you're the one who needs to try playing it on the PS2 cause I don't have one ;)
