All programs submitted here are absolutely free-of-charge and are pleasant addition for ICQ users. They are written by two talented Russians programmers: burewar and inf_gth. All programs in English behind exception Advanced Remover (Russian). But I think you can understand and with AdvRem. If there will be questions set them here.

1. FewDates - shows date of registration of number ICQ and date of last use of number. Download
2. Advanced Adder - allows to add users in contact list without authorization if it is required. Download
3. Advanced Remover - allows to remove you from another's contact list. You will be gone from another's contact list after 2 reconnects. It was tested only on official clients ICQ. On others (such as &RQ) can work or not work. Download
4. Ignore Checker - whether allows to learn there are you in ignore list at the user. An obligatory condition - the user should be online or invisible. Download
5. Invisible Checker - Allows to learn there is a user offline or invisible. Download

And almost all this is in new ICQ the client - QIP. For today it is the most protected and imho the best client for ICQ/AIM. http://qip.ru - on this site you can it download. In the same place there is a forum of support (on Eng lang.)

The ignore checker is quite creepy. Why do you need to know if someone's invisible. I'm sure he did that for a reason. Seems like a stalking tool to me.

Jostyrostelli, ICQ lives and will live still for a long time. In our country it is very popular :)

swek, sometimes it happens it is very necessary

josty RO is romania ;)

i used icq also very long time ago, but about 2 years ago or so the big wave of msn came and most of the people switched to it, so did i :)

I've been using ICQ since 1999 :p

wow... icq... wasn't it bought out by AIM or something... man i should see if i can find my old password and sign on see if any of my friends still use it

Exactly. I liked ICQ better than MSN because you could configure some people to whom you would always want to appear online, but offline to the rest. With that tool... :?

Isn't ICQ already dead? I used it 6 years ago, then after a year I got MSN

Who uses this Microsoft crap?? :p

I solely use ICQ, so do lots of my (real life) friends. No intention whatsoever to get MSN.

I've been using it since 1999 or 1998. Not sure, but I could check it with that addition above. Never even changed my number! :)

I have been using ICQ since the first year I came online, that's around 1997...waaay back.

Back than it was really an international medium. I often chatted with complete strangers. Was kinda cool. But I guess it is a bit too complicated. I mean, MSN has just all the functions computer-noobs need. Just click and chat. Nothing difficult about it.

You could even check IP adresses with ICQ

ICQ has a lot more functions, but for daily use, MSN rules!

PS: have you tried Trillian?

Legal curve 9digit number I have registered the first in July, 2002. But on it I did not sit as at me then there were no friends in ICQ. friends with ICQ have then appeared and it wanted to me to be distinguished from them (they at all had curves 9dig) and in March 2003 I have exchanged someone)) on 31337*** ICQ number. On it I have stayed almost up to the end of 2003 and then at me that number on which I has appeared sit and now: 555459. From the very beginning sat on ICQ2003a, but with occurrence QIP I'm start use it.

Well, mine is still there. You might want to use the advanced search, and uncheck the People online and People with photo squares.
