So how was his flying? And remind me if I get another go I really want to have a crack at landing in Innsbruck.
 
Pretty good, managed to land a frikkin' helicopter on his first try. Is landing was a bit rough on the 737-800w though.
 
Not up to my standards in the Global Express then?

Hey, you landed a Gulfstream - i had a frickin 737! Relied too much on the ILS(?), and was a bit late with pulling the schtik to even out over the tarmac. Nothing happened! The ground effect was much more pronounced in the heli :p We did, however, survive just fine. I've been in worse landings flying into Trondheim/V?rnes. The whole thing was the absolute highlight of the year... Getting to spend an hour+ in a helicopter simulator at that scale and depth and... yeah - i feel blessed, and i'm no believer!

I on the other hand tested something a bit more oldschool. You might be surprised, but didn't get a test drive.. :p

This, a one-off car that never made it to the road due to the Finnish taxman's insistence that the builder pay exorbitant taxes based on his work-hours. Because that's totally logical when you build something yourself from scratch (with a Ford V6 engine).

Yes, and we had a guide to tell us even more about it, than just the info sheet. Doesn't make the shape or the proportions of the cabin any different. :p And I'm a bit surprised about that actually, because if I were building a replica, I would've done minor tweaks to it.. That driving position is really horrible. :D :D
