was that your girlfriend at the camera again?! great shot. :)

it's in the italian alps, just below the civetta mountain, which is rather popular with climbers.

it's a fabulous view up there, got to say though, the shot has been through the photoeditor quite a bit.

ryosuke, yes, had to drag her up the mountain the whole day,
she's a good photographer, but damn slow...

this is her about 30 mins later (camera phone):

i guess trains are just as bad over there as they are here (or nywhere else in the world for that matter)....

Our trains are so bad we even needed to buy off some of Ze Germanz' old trains they no longer needed, cos there weren't enough trains left that were fit to run...

Lucky you - they say that they're constantly improving the train system over here, but they're far from being perfect!
We only had 2 trains late the whole time I was over there and we probably used 4-5 trains a day for 2 weeks. I don't think I've ever had 2 trains arrive on time my whole life in the UK.

Germans tend to be a little bit fussy when it comes to terms of punctuality:smile:, I guess I'd praise our public transport system if I had to use some other ones around the world.

Heh, you seem to enjoy the presence of that rooftop in your crack dude :D
*shaking fist* I'll get you for that comment!

Mally, are you rooftopping? or roofing? Cause I worked in construction a few years ago, and I never saw someone roofing with Tims that clean and jeans that intact.

/has no idea what "roof topping" means.
Nah, I'm not a roofer. Roof topping is just a word I made up to describe me sitting on the roof. Why was I on the roof? Well, I like it up there. I can see the houses and birds etc. Helps me think sometimes. And it makes me feel like a superhero. :p
