I'd say central Europe is the best meeting point for oll of us. That way everyone only has to fly half across the world. My suggestion is Germany.

It'd be great if it did happen but any overseas flight is not possible for me this year. Something about money not growing on trees...

But within driving distance ( and I can drive twenty hours straight, sleep four and then keep going on ), I'm there !
