(yes what speakers are those?)

(yes what speakers are those?)

those are self-made. some random pieces of wood i found somewhere in the basement.
the speakers i put in there are some tangband W4-65*** something something :p can't remember precisely to be honest. plus a subwoofer from the teufel concept E speaker-set is under the desk somewhere...

Somehow I don't know if putting your hard drive right in front of the speaker is a really good idea :-D

don't worry, the speakers are shielded... and the harddrive is old and rubbish and there's nothing on it anyway -.- it just sits there because i'm too lazy to put it somewhere else...

Movin' on up!

The GT-R is the only excess automotive pornography that I have. Everything else is otherwise occupied. :p

And yes, but now I don't have to do any monitoring anymore, so I only have three now (I left my laptop at home).

Surprisingly tidy at the moment. And yes, I use an A4 as a mousepad. :D

A real computer desk has to be a paragon of chaos!

Like mine for example:

I'm proud to report that this is the only spot in my home that I deliberately keep untidy. Anyone with me on this? :D

Ewww, you got one dirty floor.

Ewww, you got one dirty floor.

That's just the skirting board under the desk. The cables are in the way of the vacuum cleaner

And to those who are worried: No, it's not mildew, it's dust mixed with hairs from my cat ;)

(sorry for the crappy pics)

After 2 days of sanding down, oiling and polishing, the new desk is ready to use. It's very smooth and nice now :)

Went from this old, cheap thing:

To this:

Ikea's cable shelves are pretty neat:

If only I could get that keyboard in black... And another black monitor.
