Posting pic problem ?

I use a hosting site for my pics, no problem there...

BUT

I can't seem to hotlink them in the "post pic of yourself" thread with the usual tags (

).

In the options underneath the smileys, it says HTML is off and I don't know if/how to change it.

And perhaps the URL is odd and the forum thinks it's an invalid URL.

What I don't understand is that I have used that service in other threads (what do you drive, post your desktop, post your computer des) without problems...
