problem with 11/21/2004

i read all the faq's and have all the proper codecs (divix and xvid) and i still can only hear the video. this is the second time i have downloaded it and im working on downloading a third time. this is really frustrating. any help would be apricated.

Re-downloading it won't do you any good. BitTorrent uses hash checking to make sure that the file you've downloaded is correct.

Are you sure you have a recent version of XviD? http://files.viper007bond.com/software/latest-xvid.exe

uninstall ALL your codecs and install only one:

FFDshow

You choose the one according to your processor. If you don't know if your CPU 'understands' SSE or SSE2, just pick the first link.
