Question about quote regarding Werther's Originals

Quick trivial question:
In which episode when Jeremy is reviewing a car does he say something to the effect of "A place to keep your werther's originals?" He says werthers originals very distinctly. I thought I knew which episode it was but I was wrong and I just can't remember.
