for the dutchmen on this forum:

For school we have to do some research including a questionnare. Since we are targetting the dutch market it is in dutch, and i would really like some help in filling out the form.

It is about online sales of durable goods (dont know a good english word for it) vs regular shops
(17 questions, almost all multiple-choice, so it may take a minute or two)

The target audience is 18-49 but i dont mind if youre younger ;)

Please fill it in at *questionnaire closed*
As e-mail address you can enter "anoniem".

thanks in advance.

ps sorry to bother and for the spamming, but i need some answers...

Filled it in. ;)
I'm 19 years old by the way, so nicely in the targeted group...

Now you have to answer some questions from me:
Which school are you on (hbo/university?) and what exactly do you study?

Great, thanks.

Windesheim (Zwolle), HBO. I study Informatica (computer science) there. This was for a class called Methods for Theoretical Research (or something like that).

That's exactly the right term :), but I do have some remarks from a methodological point of view :):
- you should explain to the audience what you mean by 'durable goods'. If people do not understand the term or if they interpret it in different ways (and I guess this will be the case in this survey), your results are not valid. That means that if you also do the same questionnaire with a control group (where you explain the term durable goods), the results will be different.
- Also, when you do not buy things from the internet (question 7), questions 8-11 are not relevant, and should have an 'does not apply' option. Now your results are influenced by people who for example don't buy on the internet, but they answer something randomly on the other questions.

Anyways, do not consider the above if it does not apply here or if validity is the least of your concerns. That's just 'beroepsmisvorming'.

Done. ;)

Thanks for the answer.
By the way, I had the same comment as Jensked about the definition of 'durable goods'. I have included my comment in the survey. :)

I have done it aswell. Didnt really have a problem with the definition of a durable good, but an explanation would always help.
