I just watched Naked Gun 33 and 1/3 over the weekend, too. :(

It's the same old story. Boy finds girl, boy loses girl, girl finds boy, boy forgets girl, boy remembers girl, girls dies in a tragic blimp accident over the Orange Bowl on New Year's Day.

RIP

Naked Gun and Airplane were two movies that I watched over and over as a kid.

Airplane and The Naked Gun are true classics. RIP

Not to mention pre-comedy Nielsen in "Forbidden Planet".

Frank: A good cop - needlessly cut down by some cowardly hoodlums.
Ed: That's no way for a man to die.
Frank: No... you're right, Ed. A parachute not opening... that's a way to die. Getting caught in the gears of a combine... having your nuts bit off by a Laplander, that's the way I wanna go!

RIP.

Frank: We're sorry to bother you at such a time like this, Mrs. Twice. We would have come earlier, but your husband wasn't dead then

Rest in peace!
