So I often take pictures of what I make and wanted a thread to collect them plus a place to rough out the recipes.
I have somehow lost my chili pictures but will make more chili later and document it.
For now one of the greatest combinations around that you wouldn't think of.
Guinness draught and may own buffalo wing recipe.
I use Franks hot sauce as a base.
Then I sprinkle pepper and cayenne pepper over the wings before I broil them.
After broiling till crispy at 475 I toss them in a mixture of frank's hot sauce, butter and my own chili powder.
Great smokey hot flavor. Sometimes I grill them with my smoke box to add even more smokey flavor.
