The TXII was actually sold in the US for a while, you can find them for sale periodically. Theres one on eBay right now. https://www.ebay.com/itm/2004-London-taxi-Txii/274012825535. And theres one coming up at a Mecum auction in January in Florida https://www.mecum.com/lots/FL0120-395655/2003-london-taxi/.They actually can be imported here, just not without having to go through a certification process that would be cost prohibitive for most people.
There are some hoops you need to jump through for Canadian imports that are under 25 years old. Some vehicles won't be allowed in even from Canada. The Nissan Micra is an example of a vehicle sold in Canada that can't be imported here.Yeah 25 years for anything that wasn't sold here (or in Canada) originally.
Plenty of those around.
There were 2 on AutoScout24 over the summer for around 4-5000 Euros, but none currently.I need that Volvo. It looks delightful.
I wanted to make a quip about Ritmo being the Gitmo of cars, but I like it hah.Plenty of those around.
Really you should bring over the Volvo I really want. The 360 RSX-2.
I'm sure it'd be terrible, but those graphics!
Or how about a Ritmo 130TC Abarth?
