I also had an interesting conversation with an in-law who was like "it's gotten really bad lately, right?" Then tells me how he was taking his trash out at 3am and the police asked him what he was up to?
I don't get the context, to be honest... unless it's the fact that there's police around at their house at 3am. which, i will admit, would weird me the fuck out.
