Random Thoughts....

While that is Oklahoma's, it's not Oklahoma State's. Theirs is the Cowboys.

I figured he was referring to the whole state not just the University.

I just signed up for Twitter. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE IDEA.

BlaRosPants?!

Mwahahahaha.

- is definitely posting from the middle of nowhere...and it's pretty here

I took my phone camping.

(Otherwise I would've gotten lost on the way here...oops.)

It'll be away most of the time though. If my adventures in babysitting have taught me anything, it's that it's never a good idea to take out an iPhone around preteen girls...you may never get it back.

Canberra doesn't appear to have evolved from the 60's

There is SummerNats in the Summer (d'oh!) and roundabouts (great for testing over / under steer), plenty of back roads, and if it takes you more than 30 minutes to get anywhere, you're either doing it wrong, or are out for a proper drive.

Just because Canberran's don't like spending hours sitting in jams, doesn't make them bad.

And as for the 60's thing? Who cares! The politicians can access the local pros in sitting weeks, the synod can do the same and buy on DVD to take home with them, the reporters are lazy, the cops like kicking in doors, and no animals will be harmed by fireworks as they've all now been banned. Yes, the mentally unstable tend to be able to get their hands on really long and ultra sharp knives, and yes, the herion trial was cancelled so all those that moved to Canberra in anticipation of state-funded smack got a little pissed, but there are still lots of DVD players to steal.

If you're not getting 3G coverage it counts as roughing it.

Yep. Edge.

(Still faster than the internets I mooch off my neighbor, FWIW.).

- ninjacoco, texting/typing under the covers like a big little kid

So does that mean since I have AT&T, I'm roughing it all the time? :|

You are like one of the early pioneers traveling the Oregon Trail shooting buffalo, fording rivers, and dying of dysentery.

Wasn't there a game about that?

EDIT: Despite being an Aussie, yes I am aware that stuff happened IRL.

I just watched Scrubs 03x12 where Micheal J. Fox plays a Resident/Surgeon specialist.

I lul'd. Because of ... oh screw it, already.
