Random Thoughts....

I was always able to eat just about anything without consequences, and usually weighed about 180lbs. (I'm 6'1)
I usually ate pizza, burgers, etc... with no problem.

Then when I got around 25, 26 years old, without changing any habits, I suddenly gained 20, 30 pounds. :? :mad:

Been at that weight for about 5 years now, no matter how much (or little) I eat. Exercise alot, eat ok'ish, too much beer though but I'm far from fat.
 
There are some tall people here.

I also have a very fast metabolism...This is what I eat every day:

Breakfast: 10 eggs, 250g bread, 200g cereal + milk
Snack: 50g Hy-Pro (Protein pudding)
Lunch: 500g chicken/turkey steaks, 270g (when uncooked) rice, sallad
Snack: 50g Hy-Pro (Protein pudding)
Dinner: 500g chicken/turkey steaks, 270g (when uncooked) rice, sallad
Post dinner: 500g apricot dumplings

If I don't eat this much..I lose weight. Gained 30kg/66lbs in the last 15 months tho.
 
The specs for one of my uni assignments just came out, fun times ahead


* Virtual memory subsystem implementation in Unix
* The theory and practice of the Unix and/or Linux process scheduling algorithm
* A comparative analysis of three different current Unix filesystems: Sun Solaris
ZFS, Linux ext3fs and Apple HFS+
* A description and commentary on the use of the /proc file system
* A comparison of the multi-user facilities in Unix and Microsoft Windows.

Which one to choose, they're all so interesting...

You'll be happy to know that I've finished my PEST Report on Kenya however I must now move onto my KOLB Paper... woo! HRM and marketing! woo!!

ZFS, because to max it out you need to boil the Earth's oceans.
 
I'll join the party since I feel like I'm responsible for it.

6'1" and 200 pounds even (not all fat). I'm not a fat American, I'm a husky American. :lol:
 
I've just realized that I'm starting to pack a belly...which is distressing because I used to be super jacked slightly fit. 5'5", and approx > 140lbs.

Hence, I've decided to do 50 sit-ups every afternoon after walking a mile from Main to South Campus, and eschew soda and fast food. At least for the next 2 weeks, anyway.

I think i need to see Denzel, Alec Baldwin,, and William Staner to be in a movie together. Cameos by Shiah le Boeufueoef and Will smith more than welcome
