So I got a new CPU and mobo yesterday and switched to the new mobo last night. Obviously, I'm an idiot and didn't consider that the RAID chip in the new mobo is different, so now the RAID0 won't be recognised. As an extension of this idiocy, I didn't remember the attachment order of the SATA on the old mobo.
The question is: Can I switch back to the old Mobo, connect the SATA back, and the RAID0 will automatically work again for me to do backup? Oh, and if at first I don't get the SATA order correct, it won't screw up the RAID metadata or something, right?
