I am sorry to say it is not the same guy from fifth gear. if you go back to the episode you will see that it is a different Number Plate

^ You beat me to it - I was watching that clip just last night and noticed the same thing. Evo magazine in the UK have a new contributor running a yellow CGT (he had it resprayed from silver), in his article he mentions there's only a couple of yellow CGTs in the UK, so perhaps this is the Evo contributor (can't be sure since the license plate isn't shown in the article).
