Saturday!
Well, you know the drill.. we stood around, did nothing, had drinks. Saturday was also obviously the restaurant day, Ringmeet awards, and also the day, or night, resulting in this threads title! Oh also some ringlaps!

We agreed that Daves shirt was obviously the inspiration for Luigi!
1 Lucille vs. 2 Pandas. With the tailgate open, Lucille wins!
And then I decided to make myself comfortable in said trunk..
And this is what happens when you bring a Mustang!
And this is what happens if you are not made for the Ring!
We proceeded to stand around, doing nothing, at the Ring entrance!
Crazy people, I tell you..!

Meanwhile I ran into a friend of mine who happened to have brought his new-to-him Alfa 4C to the Ring for the first time (replacing various other track toys, season card holder). Man, 3 consecutive laps in that thing are a workout even for the passenger
Up next: The traditional dinner at the Wurstkessel!
Post-lap-tire-swap for Joe, because of visible webbing.

And the awards are about to start! Everybody is excited, even the smallest ones!
The bracelets that were mailed in from mgkdk were handed out adequately.. as you can clearly see on the one I got. Fun fact: One of those (I think Ivan's, forgot what it was) was used to restrict bloodflow to Tanelis arm later that night and subsequently cut and trashed by the ambulance.. but more on that later
Stef didn't shut up, so she ended up in the naughty-chair!
And the highlight of the awards, MXM got the Lego-Panda! Full on 4x4 or 4x2 gearbox, remote controlled, 2-speed! Handbuild by nicjasno! Just look at his face.. he turned 10 again
And the other thing mgkdk sent in, as per request only opened at Ringmeet, and given to the only person that can truly appreciate it
Then the drinking proceeded and the night ended uneventful..
NO WAIT! IT FUCKING DIDN'T! It is 0:30ish AM, suddenly people run around panicing, looking for first aid shit, and requesting an ambulance. I find Taneli (Brotan on here for the outsiders) sitting in a chair with a puddle of blood in the grass.. he decided to get a slice of prosciutto.. and while at it, slice open his wrist!
One emergency call and an ambulance ride later, Taneli visited the Adenau hospital, which has the Ring on not just the door of the shock room, but also on the ceiling above the patient, WITH CORNER NAMES. Because of course it has!!
About an hour later the doctor had found and closed the nicked artery, while I was turned into an assistant nurse by the actual nurse due to the lack of personal... handing tools (steril tools in bags that I opened without touching the tools), raising and reliefing the pressure of Tanelis arm to make him bleed (or not, if the nicked artery was identified..).. oh and put down a rug on the floor to soak up all that red stuff. It was rather interesting.. in a weird way And Taneli? Well, he had to pose!
And as a bonus, we found not one but TWO Isderas in the parking lot of the hospital!
And this is technically Sunday, but hey.. last pic of this post anyway. The wound the next day after it was inspected and found to be just fine by a doctor again.
