I am doing a statistical analysis on the drag forces that exist on a car through varying speeds; I am also looking at how the demands for HP changes and the effect on MPG. My question is what is the equation for calculating the force that rolling resistance creates. I have seen both simplified (Fdrag=Crolling-resistance*Weight) and not so simplified equations that vary with speed, but have yet to find anything consistent. It seems the simplified equation is too simple for what I am doing. Thanks in advance.
