Show Us Your Pumpkins!

I feel absolutely no joy related to a holiday which has been commercialised all over the world and forced upon everyone by Americuh-f***-yeah.

Fact: I'm rocking out dressed as a disco-werewolf and you're not. Therefore, Halloween>you.

I didn't have time to carve a pumpkin this year, unfortunately. So here's mine from 2005.

Not that I endorse this thing, but my brothers and I felt it would be funny to make some pumpkins :D

America didn't force Halloween on any other country.
Other countries just relied so heavily on American culture that they absorbed holidays (mostly of European origin) that they had no traditional ties to.

Here, have a vacuum cleaner to clean the sand out of your vagina. It's even called the Dirt Devil, to put ya in the holiday spirit!

You're welcome.

Oh boo hoo, cry me a river. Getting drunk and hitting on girls dressed like skanks is a universal concept.

As far as I know it isn't a holiday (well, not here anyway). We dont get into the whole pumpkin carving or 'trick or treat' thing, but it's still fun to go to the pub in a cheap costume with your friends, drink, and hit on the girls dressed in some delightfully interpretive designs

American traditions such as Halloween tend to be fun. I'd hate to experience some East European lemon sucking holiday tradition or something...:p

But do you participate with your family on All Saints day and All Souls day? I know you are devoutly Catholic, and Catholics that I know treat (no pun intended) halloween like Fat Tuesday before the coming of Lent. Commercialized or not, it is a day for people to let loose. :)

It's not American anyway, it's some ancient Celtic thing from about 2000 years ago. All Hallows day was celebrated from about the 9th century in England. All America has done is commercialised it.

Sorry, not that one. (This one...) Catholics are in most Europe, but Eastern Europe (including Romania) is mostly Orthodox. And I, personally, am Orthodox as well.

Oh, and whoever it was, thanks for the insult in the neg-rep.

Dude, it's Halloween. It's the one time of year you can can dress up and not feel like a complete moron. It's also a good excuse to eat shit tons of candy and get plastered.

+1 to sand in vagina posts
