I just got a post from a friend in the Miami area about 7:30pm EST, she saw the rig heading south on I95...
Any ideas what they are up to?
The truck cab is labeled "History Channel" and the trailer has a TopGear logo.

New challenge episode in tribute to Miami Vice: best 80s car for cocaine smuggling. Philip Michael Thomas will be the BSSC for that episode.

Where the hell is the spoiler tag thing? highlight between the * *

*I hear from a local that it has something to do with a Fiat Abarth*

You have to type the spoiler tags yourself - there isn't a button for them.

:O

Whatever it is, all I have to say is

The waiting period between series is too damn long!

I don't think the film crew uses a big rig and trailer for filming segments? Normally, a few vans or Chevy Suburbans would suffice to carry the crew and equipment for filming.

I have heard of a promotional rig I seen History's web site that has a bunch of the network's shows on it, including TopGear.

Besides, when you posted this up, the guys were filming in Mexico as of this moment, according to Tanner and Adam's fb pics.
