Spy Shot: Volkswagen Polo (2005 Facelift)

To be unveiled at the Leipzig Motor Show later this spring and to go on sale later in the summer: the Polo gets the Golf R32-style grille, redesigned one-piece headlamps and a slightly more aggressive demeanour. Spotted here whilst out on an advertising photoshoot, the new Polo will come with engines including, in GTI versions, the 2.0 FSI (150bhp) and 2.0 TDI PD diesel (140bhp). Jacked-up, body-kitted 4x4-alike Polo Fun (Dune) versions will continue, but expect a real compact 4x4 with power to all wheels to join the range at a later date.

I get to drive the Golf R32 almost everyday but I can't see any similarities...
