Also, every Jeep is to be 4x4 ONLY. The fact that you can buy a 2WD Wrangler nowadays is blasphemy.

The fact of the matter is that by the time new gas mileage regs hit, Jeep will have to have 2WD versions still around.

Where can you buy a 2X4 Wrangler? You can't configure one on Jeep.com or Jeep.ca that I can find.

I saw a 2x4 Wrangler for sale on Craiglist the other day, I was like "WTF?". It's just wong IMO.

Looking at the Jeep site, it looks like they did away with 2WD Wranglers in 2011. But you can still see the 2WD models on the 2010 Wrangler:

Well, looks like Jeep was listening to THGL! :lol: I also note that it was only the Unlimited that came in 2WD, which I suppose doesn't really surprise me, as much as I like them.

I don't think it looks all that bad to be honest. Not something I would necessarily buy, but looks a lot better than it's predecessor if you ask me. I do like the new Grand Cherokees a LOT though. They're very refined, grown up and sleek looking. No, it's not a true Jeep, but that's what the Rubicon is for.
