Somehow, I doubt that will be the final design. That is just a development mule with the current G35 coupe body and the next G35 is due within a couple years time.

Sorry guys, but I think the G35 coupe is hot.

in JP Top Secret are making their own R35, the've got 800hp out of the engine i tihnk.

i'm sure they'll make the gtr like the one on supercars.net

but i am bit disappointed in engine choice. 3.3 liter twin turbo

why not 3.6 twin turbo? 1 liter bigger than previous model, doesnt that sound cool? and all they do is bored 100cc out the Z33 engine.

its the Z33 engine they using rihgt?
 
they should have gone with the GT-R concept from the Tokyo show car that is in GT4. That looks like a better successor.
 
that was just a thing they came up with to call the g35 range the new r35 its just a rebadge not a new car

the currant skyline is calld V35 .. NOT R35 .. (G35 for infiniti)
how long does it take for people to get thet into there hears..
remember.. the first skyline GTR wass not calld R** but C10 .. but noo.. lets call it the R10..

The engine displacement is determined by race regulations and not by the demands of customers.
You guys are forgetting that the GT-R is not a street car. It's more like a race car that is detuned for the street. In other words, it's a homologation car for Nissan's racing endevours.
 
fuck are they really going with the infiniti body? it sucks!! i thought it was a photoshop before.. damn :/ah well i hope the supra pwns this and nissan loses big money on that piece of shit.
 
This looks like a development mule to me as the body pieces don't seem to fit together very nicely. I sure hope they will change the styling when it comes out, I like my G35 the way it is, no need for those ugly body pieces. But if you think about it, other manufacturers go to great lengths to conceal their new designs, so Nissan might be making it ugly on purpose :twisted:
