Finally after 6 months of in and out jobs and a whole year of applying to this company, I got a job from them. Got the phone call this morning and can't wait to be working again. It's taken a while but I'm glad I finally got it :).

Which also means I'll be off to the Volvo dealer soon and getting rid of my POS shitbox (the 91 Cavalier, for all you newcomers).

Very excited right about now :).
 
Good luck in the new Job... Nice you're getting a new car... IMO, it should be the Audi you considered... But hey... ;-)

I missed the other thread, but what made to decide on the Volvo from your other choice of cars? The new S40 is not bad. It looks like a smaller version of the S60 and the turbo version is really nice.
 
Thanks guys :D. I'm super excited.

I'm getting the S40 for it's price and because I want to keep the car. So it's going to be the 2.4i with the Sport and Audio Package. Comes to around $34,500 before taxes but I'm going to try to get the price down to almost the dealer cost. So hopefully lower plus I should still qualify for another $750 (Grad rebate).

The job is at Research In Motion taking phone calls for troubleshooting Blackberry devices (yes even I get one :)). It has a long name so I don't know the exact name of the position.

I think I answered all the questions :).

Can't wait really. :lol:

I've never seen one. Can you get them in Europe ?
 
You can definitely get them in Europe because I want to eventually work in the UK Headoffice for RIM. :)
