ShunTV often has copies of the various late night shows: http://tracker.shuntv.net/. It requires registration and it is a ratio site, so you'll have to do your share of uploading.

I'm not sure if there are torrents of Conan\Letterman\Leno on a daily basis, but I see them around there quite regularily. I checked their listing and they only seem to have the Conan from last night anyways.

Though with my ADSL connection it takes forever to upload the same amount of data I downloaded and the Internet is practically unusable while I'm using Bittorrent.
Normally that's ok because I'm downloading >5 files a week and not 2 or 3 one hour shows a day...

I also just found this site: http://www.latebyte.nl. Most of the Letterman and Leno shows listed on TorrentSpy use this tracker. The site is in a language I don't understand at all though, so I'm not sure what would be involved in getting an account and downloading shows. It looks like it may be a daily updated tracker of Letterman, Leno and Conan though. I'd probably be interested in it myself if that's what it actually is.

It's a site made by Dutch LateNight fans. And you are right about the rest.
To register you need to click on Registrieren. The next window asks you for:
1)Gebruikersnaam=Username
2)Email adres=Go figure yourself ;).
3)Wachtwoord=Password

I registered and downloaded a couple of shows. Works like a charm, decent speed (on recent shows), the delay is only one day, etc.
